In response to changing needs

Kiyota & Sanohatsu Co., Ltd. was a joint venture established in 1996 by Kiyota & Co., Ltd. and Sanohatsu Co., Ltd.. Besides providing products and parts for the market in Japan and overseas, Kiyota & Sanohatsu (SZ) Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen, China in 2011 in order to take aim at the Chinese domestic market. Moreover, we also invested in Chinese domestic factories and owned joint venture factories to meet the expanding needs from our customers. Although everything is going well at this moment, we never satisfy the current situation. Our first priority is to consider what service we shall provide to response to the changing needs from our customers in the future.

Our Company is divided into Kiyota section and Sanohatsu section. The following is a introduction of Sanohatsu section.
Our Sanohatsu section is a Hong Kong subsidiary of the Corporation Sanohatsu Co., Ltd. in Japan. (http://www.sanohatsu.co.jp) We are the screws and parts supplier of Fuji Xerox China Procurement Service (Shenzhen ) Limited which is the local subsidiary of Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. Moreover, we are dealing with about 60 companies in South China.
We are nominated to handle the parts are mainly in office equipment related to high-quality fastening parts, the other for some high-precision cold heading-rolling products, precision cutting products, various types of plastic precision parts, and a wide variety of metal parts. Also in the main fasteners there are the superior screws for fastening that we have cooperated with a manufacture for development and gained a good reputation in our customers.

1, We are not only to ensure of quality and delivery time for the products, but also to comply with the RoHS & REACH regulations. We are working aggressively to support environmental issues, and recognized as「Environment Friendly Corporate」by Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. We also attach great importance to CSR activities and conflict minerals survey intensively.
2, In 1996 inauguration, all of our products were Japan made. After that we have been gradually advancing the China local production with our business partners, aiming the product offer of quality which is as same as Japan products . As a result, in the current local China production goods are reached the majority of our overall product.
3, In the logistics, we have our own warehouse in Hong Kong and Free Trade Zone warehouse in China respectively. We have a system to manage and control the inventory, a wide variety of products, timely delivery and quantity control, even for small box purchase. It can meet and satisfy the needs of our customers.
4, Our head office Sanohatsu Co., Ltd. has " Sanohatsu Shanghai Co., Ltd." and " Sanohatsu Vietnam Co., Ltd" as the overseas bases other than us that are linked mutually. So we can do business organically with customers over the whole area of East & Southeast Asia.
